On arrival is a deposit in the amount of 300 zł, returned on departure after checking the condition of the apartment.

For stays over 7 days, we offer attractive discounts.

RULES:

1. Please make reservation of the apartment by phone or e-mail.
2. To make a reservation a deposit of 30% of the total amount for the stay within 3 days of booking arrangements. In the absence of payment within 3 days of the reservation will be canceled.
3. In the event of cancellation, deposit is not refundable.
4. Check begins with the first day in the chair. 14:00 and ends at 11:00 on departure
5. The remainder of the debt (70%) for the entire stay, please pay to up to 7 days before arrival or paid cash on arrival.
6. If the period of stay by the customer, the amount for the unused period is not returned.
7. In the case of stays of less than 7 days (in the summer) will be charged a one-time fee for the service in the amount of 100 zł.
8. Guests material responsibility for any damage or destruction of objects and pieces of equipment and technical equipment of the apartment, arising from their guilt.
9. The owner of the apartment shall not be liable for damage or loss of items of guests.
10. The apartment is completely non-smoking and grilling on the balcony.
11. Loss of a key or a remote control for the garage door for guests entails a deduction from the deposit amount of 200 zł.
12. Staying small dogs is acceptable by prior arrangement with the owner of the apartment.
13. Making a booking and a deposit constitutes acceptance of the above regulations.
